To use Tauleap you also need to download and install the Systems Biology Workbench software and a copy of JDesigner. These are available from SBW homepage
To install, simply extract the files in the Zip file to a tempory directory.
For Windows users, executables are included. Users of other platforms will have to recompile the source code, and will have to use a different random number generator.
Place the executables tauleap2.exe and tauleap3.exe in the ERATO 'modules' directory. Copy the file installTauleap.bat to the ERATO 'bin' directory.
To register the tauleap programs with the SBW software, execute the 'installtauleap.bat' file.
