Tutorial
A simple xbml testfile, tauleapex.xml, is provided to test tauleap. Load this into the JDesigner program. Under the SBW option in JDesigner, select either the 'fixed' or 'variable' timestep version of Tauleap. The variable timestep version is the more efficient of the two.
This will bring up the simdriver GUI interface to run tauleap. After selecting the required parameters for display, Tauleap can then be run, and the results displayed graphically.
JDesigner can be used to define new networks, or change the parameters of the example network.
Rmember that the concentrations of the species involved should not exceed about 10-17 , otherwise the run times will become excessive, and most likely a deterministic rate equation solver would be more suitable.
